Agreed. All of the drinking and eating in New Orleans didn't help. I know alcohol disrupts my mood something fierce, and yet ... they were so delicious. I need to ask a certain fellow hedonist to stop encouraging that business.

This is SO true. About two weeks ago, I finally re-committed myself to what used to be a religious 5 day a week workout schedule. I re-gained some weight over the past year and then allowed myself to wallow in the misery of that for a bit.

Unhappiness germinates. Quickly, like an infection. I noticed immediately (post workout resurrection) how much my perspective on my life improved, among other things. Make it so, Tiff. Don't wait too long. You have a really great sense of what it takes to "move the cloud." Keep on pushing, girl. Keep on pushing.
