For me the main issue is that I haven't been able to add any friends outside of Twitter. All the other tools seem to be down when I try them. I get how the visual representation of the timeline is better for the user experience and also the ability to view threads of conversations, as opposed to a lot of one-way stuff that happens on Twitter, but I'm still not there yet on this one. That horizontal versus vertical line is really bugging me. Granted, the bundling of responses to a particular entry makes keeping up with an ongoing dialog very easy, but it also makes it seem very easy to miss a single entry. I liked pownce, but I began to feel strained very quickly in trying to use them both. Something tells me I might wind up in that situation again. Time will tell.
