Atlanta: MODA web site launch party

modalaunchparty1.jpg

Come celebrate the launch of the brand new Museum of Design – Atlanta web site, which was lovingly hand-coded by yours truly.

The launch party is part of the Castleberry Hill Art Stroll and takes place at Noir. Complimentary valet. I’m hoping the food and drinks are also complimentary … or at least cheap.

Event details

  • When: Friday, June 8, 2007 from 7 – 11 p.m.
  • Where: Noir, 264 Peters St, Atlanta GA 30313
  • How much: Er … good question. I’m assuming it’s free.

  1. Congratulations! Nice javascripting!

  2. tiffany says:

Thank you :-) . This project stretched my skills and tested my patience. The initial conversation went something like this:

    Boss: “Can it slide?”
Me: “Sure. I think that’s possible.”
    Boss: “Would it require Flash?”
Me: “Pssht. We can do it with HTML and JavaScript.”
    Boss: “Really?”
    Me: “Yes.”

    20 minutes later …

Me (to myself): “Oh sh*t. I got a little cocky there. *Please let me find a tutorial. Please let me find a tutorial*”

  3. Gina says:

Cool beans, Tiffany. Loved the simplicity, navigability.

  4. Those are the best projects. I have a bad habit in project planning meetings of brazenly announcing that me and my team can do *anything* with a web browser.

    Good times.
