- An article about how Zillow is changing the real estate game. I must say though: I’m skeptical about their records. The record of two homes that I’ve lived in both contained errors. In one case, a tax estimate was about $40K off (off by over $100K according to a recent appraisal). In another, the house was listed twice (although Zillow describes it as having two units). One of those “units” is listed as having two baths. In fact, it’s a single-family 2.5 bath townhouse.
